The Parish Priest had conducted an inaugural function of the said Building which is an unauthorised one. The former Bishop of Kollam Rev Joseph Fernandez inaugurated the said illegal construction and it was publicised in the media. The Pullichira Edavaka Samrakshana Samithi has initiated prosecution proceedings against the Parish Priest before the Kollam Munsiff Court. There was already an Injunction Order restraining the Parish Priest which is violated now.
